Shipping and delivery

We have a 1-3 day turnaround time to quality check your items before shipping.

To eliminate middlemen and maintain high quality and low prices, we ship directly from our suppliers abroad.

For goods sent from our warehouse abroad, the delivery time is 6-12 working days. Delivery can be tracked.

If there are delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, we will not be responsible for any delays in delivery.

The packages can be thrown in the mailbox or picked up from an ombudsman.

You will always receive an automatic order confirmation when the order is placed, as well as an email with delivery information when the package has been shipped. If you can't find it in your inbox, check your spam folder as it sometimes ends up there.

Lost Package Policy
In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit, we will send you a new package free of charge.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before finalizing your order. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a reshipping fee of 10 euros will be charged. Thank you for your cooperation.
